A great lunch in SOMA can be hard to come by if you want to take a break from HRD for the day. My girlfriend and I had resolved to Chaat but then suggested we try something new next door at Cha-Am.
I ordered the green curry with chicken and she tried the eggplant with chicken. The curry itself was alright but the chicken was pretty tough. Her eggplant dish was a bit sweet for my taste, but in moderation was ok. Overall, not terribly impressed however.
Service was mediocre at best, and our waitress clearly had the sniffles. The floors are really dirty too. The lunch prices are decent, but overall the whole experience wasn’t mind-blowing.
