$550 Costa Verde Single Room Loft for Rent starting or before August 1st (Costa Verde UTC La Jolla UCSD)

Beginning on August 1st (or a few days before) I will have a loft open for rent at $550 (negotiable). The apartment is located right on the corner of Regents & Nobel, is a 2 minute walk from all the major buses in SD/La Jolla. I take the UCSD Arriba shuttle (1st stop, no line) & 201 bus myself every morning to campus, and it takes around 5 minutes. It’s been convenient & cheap. I’m on the fourth floor so we have the cathedral ceilings and no noise from neighbors.

The loft itself is a 10’x10’ room with cable outlet and plenty of electrical outlet for your needs. There will only be 3 other people (myself and two friends) living there. We work full-time or are students, so during the day it is extremely quiet and at nighttime we’re usually just relaxing in our rooms or occasionally watching television in the living room. I like to cook, and I have all the dishware/cookware in the pantry that you’re more than welcome to use. We have two parking spots in the garage downstairs. There is a gym, pool, spa and pretty much everything within walking distance, or a short drive. Female/Male doesn't matter as in the past this has been a co-ed household.
